One to One Personal Training

What I offer is training on a one to one basis, usually at my local gym which is well equipped, but also with the scope to travel locally if necessary. Diets, training routines etc can be written on request.  So if it's building muscle, toning up, losing weight or if you just want more self confidence, then I am more than able to help you reach your goals.

Distance Training / Coaching

I offer a personal one to one training / Coaching via email which includes a tailor made diet and program to suit each individual needs. A monthly question and answer session phone call from me to you for updates and progress.This can be tailored to suit your requirements and budget. This offer only applies to UK.

Starting from the moment you get in touch via my Contact Page, you will need to provide me with as much information as you can about your current fitness levels, any pre-existing or current health conditions that may affect your training and other relevant information. It costs you nothing to enquire, and I generally reply within 48hrs. As this initial consultation is free, it is very important that you complete the contact form entirely. Once I have read through your contact, I will contact you to and give you a clearer picture of what I can offer, tailored to your needs, based on the information you provide. If you are happy with the offer you simply return to this page and make your payment via the PAYPAL button at the foot of this page and your on your way to achieving your goals.
